Plants:
I have some nice plants in stock just at the moment. However, please note that
my last day dealing with queries this year (2008) will be Friday 5th December;
after that it will be into the New Year 2009 before I'm able to send plants
again.

Once you've checked plant availability, for payment,
or if you'd simply like to donate (it will work for both)
Nochex charge you (the ‘buyer’) nothing to send money.
They charge me (the ‘seller’) a flat amount (20p) in addition to
their commission percentages. Their percentages aren’t prohibitive,
but their flat 20p charge will obviously have a disproportionate impact on
smaller ‘donations’.

Extra Goodies
As well as a sample of dried leaf, live plant orders are also accompanied
by a CD-R containing Salvia related video material. The format is XviD,
for play via your computer's media player(s). The Salvia CD is available
separately, if you don't want to buy a plant (or want to see the video first). Other video material and
formats are also available (films about other plants and the option of DVD video
format). Check this
Video Material>
link for more information.

Sales Pitch:
My Salvia divinorum plants are of a good size (as suggested above and e.g. rather than simply
small clippings from fresh shoots at the crown of the plant). They are
fully rooted within the soil in their pots. This will help make for robust and healthy plants once they get going.
You may find that other suppliers are not as particular. Some sellers
advertise 'live rooted plants' when they should really say 'live rooted
cuttings' - because you'll just get cuttings in a plastic bag .
These may well have roots, but they are hardly established plants.
I've seen others advertising 'mothers' which on closer inspection you'll
find are only young plants. Well, these may be better established than
'plants' that are actually cuttings, but that's not the definition of 'mother'
I would use. Check the sizes and you'll find many of these more
expensive 'mother' plants are actually smaller than mine.
If you are considering getting your Salvia plants / cuttings elsewhere,
I'd recommend trying to get an idea of the size and how well rooted they are beforehand.
Don't be mislead by sly marketing.

Salvia divinorum is not for everybody, but don't keep it
entirely to yourself. Many people have never even heard of it.

Calling in Person:
As a result of unwanted media attention (
Sunday Mail's story of 6th
February 2005 ) I will not be able to see personal callers at my address for the
meantime.
For personal callers the price of plants is basically the same as through the post,
but I usually have a few plants in that will slightly exceed the size for posting,
(e.g. I may have a few in 12cm pots) so it's worth checking and dropping by if you can.
I am based near the centre of Edinburgh, Scotland.

Limitations:
Plants have been mainly sold in the UK and EU but are not strictly limited so,
I have also sent plants further overseas.
